Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Only one bonus may be active on a vip55 Account at any time. A Player must opt out of or complete an existing bonus before claiming a new one. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses may result in all affected bonuses being void ed.

Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
Bonus credit that is not used or whose wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation. vip55 does not extend bonus validity periods except in cases of documented technical failure on vip55's part.
Each game and betting market on vip55 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the sportsbook market detail panel. All sportsbook bets placed on vip55 — including single markets, mix parlay (accumulator) combinations, and live in-play wagers — are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant competition or event as determined by the relevant governing body. vip55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event whose result was affected by corruption, match-fixing, or force majeure circumstances.
vip55 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or stake limits that were published due to a manifest error — including but not limited to pricing errors, system glitches, and data feed failures. A "manifest error" means an error that a reasonable Player would have recognised as such at the time of placing the bet. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round or sportsbook in-play market, the game provider's or sportsbook system's recorded outcome at the time of disconnection will stand as the final result. vip55 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's loss of internet connectivity.
